First interview - Basic fact-finding

What are your responsibilities in your current job? 

Who did you report to, and who reported to you? What (scrum) teams where you in?

Why do you want to leave your current job?

How many years of PM experience do you have? And how many years of other experience that you consider relevant? (check together using CV. Count in months). 

Did you do any software development in the past?

How do you work with developers to ensure the best outcomes for both the customer and the team? What are some things that you make to improve the team collaboration?

What are the top 5 departments you would expect to interface with a lot? And for each name something that's important to them from a product perspective.

How do you manage a new product launch? What tactics, strategies and processes do you use?

(You want a candidate who launches a product with teamwork and a schedule in mind.)

If I would call up one of your teammates from a project or side job in the past, how would they describe you?
What improvement areas would they mention?
